Born and raised in Belgium, Cara To aka Caratoes is an illustrator and street artist based in Hong Kong and now travelling the globe painting in various cities and countries. Her artwork combines line-work, colours and swirling characters that share a mesmerising quality. With a background in game design and animation plus fine art, her artwork spans many mediums and genres.
