George Rose depicts the hybrid bauhinia × blakeana with the distinctive shades of purple and peach, the flower that best represents Hong Kong, in her mural at 26 Square Street in Sheung Wan. Greatly inspired by her travels and the flora she comes across, her murals are a living dialogue between her past and present travels, and will be added to her growing collection of botanical stories.
