Xeme & Match spotlights on a robot that’s absorbed in its game, reacting with inhuman speeds to the challenges on the screen. The city pulses with energy around it, but in its digital world, only the game matters.

Xeme is a Hong Kong based artist whose distinct textual style has marked the city in bold strokes since 2001. Since then he has primarily dedicated his art form to letters and abstract patterns. His work evolves constantly but is always rooted in his background, from painting in Chinese characters to pixel elements on his canvas works. Recently he has been exploring art in digital form.

Match is a freelance CGI/VFX artist born and raised in Hong Kong. He started street dancing in 2005, and started to teach himself CGI/VFX in 2020. Combining his two passions, he started to motion capture himself dancing in 2022, and now focuses on blending technology, streetdance and a cyberpunk aesthetic into 1 visual experience.
